Sometimes DOB come asking. RALCO’s got you covered with Our unique one-click clock in: Like a credit card, Workers tap (or scan the QR code of) their SST card to a mobile or tablet. This prompts our facial recognition to then verify the SST card owner & clocks the person in – all in under 5 seconds!
You now have a proven, searchable, reportable record that all workers on site have a valid SST card assigned to the correct person. They can’t clock in without it!*
From clock in, their name goes to a foreman’s device for e-signature on a daily pre-task plan. This pre-task plan signature also confirms that the worker is able bodied and had no accident on site the previous day.
At clockout – we confirm that the worker has had no onsite accidents that day.

Get paperwork done remotely using eSign, RALCO’s electronic signature tool. Our form builder allows you to create bespoke pre-task daily forms unique to your organization & job spec for the day. Alternatively, Create templates from common forms that automatically fill in employee details from RALCO, saving time and ensuring that all details are correct. All employees sign & date then submit.
Once a pre-task plan is signed and submitted, the document is easily searched using the employees name, the jobsite or date. You can then build bespoke reports & include more data if needed.
